EXCLUSION FOR UNSEALED COSMETIC PRODUCTS

In accordance with applicable law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, eloura. does not accept returns or issue refunds for cosmetic products whose protective seal, protective film, or other hygienic seal has been broken after delivery.

This limitation does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if they receive an incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming product.
